From my initial contact with the owner directly, to the … More finished job of installing my new tile floor the owner and his domolition and installation teams were complete professional. The required paperwork to my HOA. Was submitted quickly and the job started and finished on time just as promised.
The owner was a great communicator during the process and always made me feel
Like I was being listened to by him and his team. His guys were so polite and they were professional and cleaned up everything as they went each day.
When the work was completed the owner personally walked the project to insure my satisfaction .

Need a new floor, call this team and get the job done!
We're very happy we chose to go with Vinny and the team at Pro Bay … More Flooring! A+ experience all around. Cost was competitive, communication wasn't an issue, and the project was done early and without issue. We're very pleased with the experience and end result. Our previous tile floor first had to be removed and I've since covered the new floor with Ram Board to protect it while we have other work done. I would certainly call again for any future flooring project need.

What started as a simple project, turned into a nightmare. Pro Bay Flooring saved the day with their affordable prices and quick … More turnaround. We originally started demolishing the floor ourselves, unfortunately the prior owner thought placing tile on top of tile was an amazing idea. After months of work and starting to place the floor down myself, I ran into issue after issue. That's when I decided to bite the bullet and hire a company. We needed over 900 sq ft demolished and tiled, I thought I would be paying over 10 grand. Not even close, their service was so affordable that it didn't break the bank. Raúl was the primary worker on our demolition and tile work and he did a magnificent job! I can't thank them enough for the work they've done!

Had a great experience with Vinny and his team. They were able to work us in to start our project (two bedrooms carpet to tile) … More the week after we first reached out! I really appreciated the consistent communication with Vinny-he texted me with picture updates as the project was coming along. He was kind and quick to respond to any questions I had. His team was efficient-only took two days and the job was very well done. The floors look great! His team was also clean and it was nice to not have to come back to a big clean up job when they were finished up. Glad to have found them on Google!

Vinnie and his team did a beautiful job installing our wood floors. We had some delays due to construction and Vinnie was very … More understanding and flexible in rescheduling. Once installed I could not have been happier. The floors were layed out beautifully which speaks to their level of experience. Vinnie and his team were also neat, punctual and professional. I would absolutely recommend!
  Update 12/14/23

We called Vinnie for flooring installation and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience from start to finish. What stood … More out immediately was their communication — they followed up consistently throughout the project, kept us informed on timing, and never left us wondering where things stood. If you want it done right the first time call Pro Bay.

I knew that replacing my tile floor was not going to be a simple job. With that being said, I was looking for a company as opposed … More to a one man crew. Vinny and his staff were phenomenal! Construction is messy. There’s no way around that but Pro Bay Flooring did the most to minimize the dust, etc that comes with removing old tile. If you want an honest, reliable, respectful and courteous company, call Vinny from Pro Bay Flooring!! You won’t be disappointed!
